Regina Smith is a visual artist from Fort Dodge, Iowa. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Iowa State University, has studied in Rome, Italy and taken a number of continuing education classes.

Smith's current body of work is in book art and photography, but she has many years of experience teaching both children and adults in a variety of media. She worked as a museum educator prior to her current position in graphic design.
